Common questions
How does the risk score work?
Every order receives a 0–100 score based on phone format checks, email validity, and address verification. You set the threshold above which orders are tagged for review.
What happens to flagged orders?
Flagged orders get a Shopify tag (cod-guard-medium-risk or cod-guard-high-risk) in your Admin. They aren't blocked or cancelled — you decide what to do with them.
Will it slow down my store?
No. Validation runs asynchronously after the order is placed. Checkout speed is unaffected.
How do I cancel?
